Oden vs. Yao

Greg Oden will throw down against Yao and the Chinese national team September 14th in Beijing. The exhibition game is a fundraiser for the Special Olympics, the China Hope Project and the Chi Heng Foundation. Along with Oden will be NBA players Steve Nash, Carmelo Anthony, Baron Davis, Leandro Barbosa and Derek Fisher. Even though it’s only an exhibition game for charity, show Yao who the new center in the West is Greg.

The front page of NBA.com says, “Oden Looks Ready To Roll”. Mike Barrett has a good interview on Blazers.com with a shirtless Oden. It’s great to see the hard work he’s putting in and the attitude he has about it. While you’re there, look at the video of “open gym highlights” for some strong dunks and blocks by G.O.
