Went 5-0 on predictions for the first group of tough games, hopefully they play better than projected here.
Orlando - the first game on a long road trip is often the 2nd toughest and Portland has no one who can handle. Superman II. Loss
Miami - Portland again has no one to guard Wade but I think they have enough other pieces to overwhelm the Heat. Win
New Orleans - The Hornets have owned Portland in N.O. and that doesn't look to change. CP3 will continue to haunt John Nash. Loss
Minnesota - Second time in just over a week but Portland just has too much talent and should triumph. Win
Golden State - That last game on a long road trip is brutal...players want to get home. Add to that the Warriors' frenetic style and this could be a big deficit. Loss

Wade and Marion are a tandem that should (and will) demolish the Blazers.

season is young, still plenty of chances for Shawn to do what he doesdead ball foul wrote:heykid wrote:IMO: Shawn Marion tears into the Blazers; drops 30pt+ and has a double-double with rebounds.

Marion's high game this season has only been 14 pts. SM isn't the same player anymore. His shooting percentages have been horrible. He's also dealing with a recently strained groin. Wade is a matchup nightmare for the Blazers though.
Heat by 1 at the buzzer (DWade's turn to yank out his jersey).
This is why they play the gamesdead ball foul wrote:Well, it's just one chance since we're only predicting what he does this upcoming game.
