Coming To Portland

If you’ve been wondering what Greg Oden has been up to you should read his latest blog entry. He gives details about his workout routine, which is good to hear because stamina was his biggest weakness during the summer league. Also he says that he’s on his way to Portland.

“So i plan to be going to Portland pretty soon. Im very excited to get started and be around my teammates. I need to get use to Portland the city and just the NBA life.”

AOL Fanhouse blogger Matt Watson lists Greg Oden as the #9 player in the NBA to build a franchise around.

“On the low-end, he could easily become the second-coming of Patrick Ewing or Dikembe Mutombo. The high end? Try Tim Duncan or Bill Russell.”

About moving to Portland and starting the season…
