Portlands road warriors return the the Rose Garden to battle the Hornets on Monday night. Not sure if Jerryd Bayless will be able to go yet, after spraining his ankle in Boston. If not, Rudy Fernandez or Steve Blake will probably take his place.

The Blazers haven't fared too well this season on the first game home from a long road trip.

Blazers lose by 10pts.

Blazers win. It's not necessary belief. Or logic. More of a shrug of the shoulders.

Looking forward to the postgame interviews.

I want to hear why Coach McMillian thought it was a good idea to bring in a player cold off the bench with three seconds left and have him take a jumpshot to try to win the game.

Man, we shoulda had that game. Hornets started splattin' everything at the end. What uct, you didn't like the high screen and roll, when you don't have enough time left on the clock to pass it back to the roller? Jerryd drove right into a triple team. I think the Hornets knew what Nate was gonna run. Jerryd's last second shot looked good, just didn't fall for him.

Lately you can really see how we're missing our shot blockers.

If you look at the replay, Bayless forced a contested jumper with about 1.9 sec left, when he could have dished to a wide open Martell Webster who was 4-6 and I think would have buried that mutha.
