If Batum plays another 14 minute game, Blazers lose.
Since I don't see Coach Mac doing that again, my pick is for the Blazers to win.
I expect Pendergraph to get time on Blair. He's nuts enough to go toe to toe and have fun doing it.

And why did Nic play 14 against Utah?
Fewer than everyone other than Pendergraph and Mills?
Just wondering as I didn't watch but the last 1/2 of the 4th quarter.

Yes HoopsFan, Pendergraph vs. Blair, Jeff got the better of that matchup last game. The coaches better quit benchin' him. Look at Channing Frye? You want me to say it again Blazer coaches? Channing Frye.Yes Blazer coaches, Frye's playin' awesome and was invited to the All-Star 3 point contest. I'm not even gonna mention anything about Bayless, cause then I'll get grumpy. But our Arizona hatin' coaches have got to knock it off. Especially when Howard looks really slow on D-fence. Not rippin' on Juwan, he's been fabulous. Just sayin', get your heads outta the playbook coaches, start watching the game, and give the old man a little breather by using Pendergraph.

Tony Parker is the Spur that gives us trouble. I think we win

The Spurs set their mark on the West with a victory over the Blazers. Tim played less than 30 minutes last night and won't be tired. Tony will be entering the game well rested. Manu is playing like his old self, and Blair and Hill are red hot.

I can see us rallying up to Blazerify the Spurs, but I'm worried about Batum hurting that shoulder again, he was terrible today, probably from the pain and whatnot. That I don't care to see at all. I'm going to go out on a limb and say Blazers win, the Spurs have been very inconsistent.

Parker has been out since Jan 27 with an ankle injury. No word on when he will be back. He didn't play last night.

Also....Pops has been limiting Duncans minutes in back to back games.

There is room for opportunity here....so I'm going out on a limb and picking Blazers.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Injured point guard Tony Parker participated fully in the Spurs' light shootaround Wednesday morning and came away without any ill effects on his sprained left ankle.

That wasn't enough to get him into uniform against Sacramento later that night, as coach Gregg Popovich opted to keep Parker out for the third consecutive game.

Parker, however, does at last have a clearer idea about when he might be ready to return to the court after his latest bout with the injury bug.

“Tomorrow,” he said after the shootaround.

Tomorrow, of course, would mean tonight, when the Spurs continue their annual rodeo road trip at Portland. Popovich said that timetable sounded plausible to him.

“I think he's possible, or probable, or whatever the words are,” Popovich said.

Parker, a third-team All-NBA selection last season, is averaging 16.9 points and 5.8 assists. His numbers are down across the board from last season, but he had eclipsed 20 points in five straight games before injuring himself in a Jan. 27 win over Atlanta.

I see some positives. Stay close till half time. We can run them down for the second half. We are running well and the game is a fast pace. Other than Parker, fast pace does not fit San Antoine.

Lamarcus is initiating offense early and close. looks like he is getting comfortale witha bit of a hook shot in his game. He is aggressive this game.

I think we have more energy..

Last few games, Blakey is taking it hard to the hoop. Often passing off, but he is doing more positive things with these drives than ever before. Sometimes you see that. Get a few people like Miller, Bayless and Fernandez driving well and other players start doing the same.
